This notice describes the information website and correspondence with the operator. It is not a description of an active seller data service.

02 / Visiting this website

The website consists of static pages. It has no account login, payment, upload or contact form. Its page code contains no analytics scripts, advertising, third-party fonts, cookies or browser storage.

Delivering a page involves processing network information such as an IP address and the requested URL. Hosting and network services may also process operational and security information.

The website uses HTTPS. Its dedicated web configuration does not keep access or request error logs. This does not mean that infrastructure providers process no network or security information; their own systems and retention arrangements also apply.

The website contains email links. Following one opens your own email application; information is sent to us only when you choose to send a message.

03 / Information you send by email

If you contact us, the receiving Gmail mailbox handles your email address, message and any attachments you choose to send. We use that correspondence to answer your question, discuss a trial or address a request. The email service is provided by Google and operates under its own service and privacy terms.

We keep correspondence in the receiving mailbox only for as long as it is needed to answer the enquiry and complete necessary follow-up, and remove it when it is no longer needed. Information that must be retained by law is kept only as required.

You may ask us to correct or delete correspondence by writing to the address above. We will verify the request, process it and explain the outcome, including any information that must be retained by law and any limits on deleting copies held by email providers.

Please do not send passwords, access tokens, buyer personal information or raw seller records. A short description of your workflow is sufficient for a trial enquiry.

04 / Before a seller data service starts

This website does not obtain Amazon authorization or retrieve seller data, and it has no AI processing integration. The application remains in development; the following describes proposed data uses, not an active service.

Planned data and purposes

Planned operational workflows may use product and listing details, prices, inventory, order and shipment status, sales and financial figures, and account performance information. The intended uses include authorized listing and stock updates, fulfillment coordination, reporting and account operations.

Planned customer communication and support-case review may use message records, case status, contact history and related attachments. Additional personal information may be relevant to the proposed fulfillment, invoicing and tax-related functions, only for a permitted purpose and authorized workflow. Their actual workflows, marketplaces and necessary fields remain to be confirmed.

Design boundaries

The proposed design limits data use to each seller’s authorized scope and the information needed for the stated workflow. External AI providers have not been selected; the design calls for transfers of real Amazon data to external AI services to remain disabled until the provider, permitted fields and processing arrangements are confirmed.

Storage locations, retention periods and deletion procedures remain to be finalized.

Before a trial involves seller data, the operator will provide the applicable service terms and data handling details, complete the relevant functionality and obtain the necessary permissions and seller authorization. The details will cover any permitted account actions and AI services or other processors involved. They must describe the actual implementation; this notice does not authorize future collection or processing.

Each seller’s permissions and data scope must be confirmed separately, including where sellers share management or are affiliated businesses.

05 / Requests and updates

For a privacy question, correction or deletion request, email flag.jia@gmail.com. Include enough information to identify the relevant correspondence, without including sensitive account credentials.

This notice will be updated when the website or its data handling changes. The version date appears at the top. New seller data functionality will require a corresponding notice before use.
